Elaina and Matthew wanted a Le Pavillon ceremony and reception in Lafayette, LA for their wedding day. This venue is in River Ranch has 3 gorgeous rooms. The “Lafayette” Room was the ceremony location and we provided the music.

We provided many of our services for their special day. In the Grand Ballroom we provided the reception DJ Services, Lighting, and our enclosed Photo Booth.

We surprised the Newlyweds with a few of our Uplights  behind the bride’s cake. Her custom created Deluxe Monogram with their names was placed above the bar on the wall.

After the ceremony, everyone went into the Grand Ballroom for the wedding reception. There were plenty of special surprises in store for their 200 plus guests.

We introduced the Newlyweds into the Ballroom, they took some pictures around the Bride’s cake. Followed by the Bridal Party and immediate family.

Dirk Guidry, the “Wedding Painter”, created a one-of-a-kind reception painting live during the event. He incorporated many of the guests into the painting dancing and having a great time! Furthermore, he even captured their Monogram and the DJ in the painting.

First Dance

Elaina & Matthew chose a special song by “Jason Aldean – You Make It Easy” as their First Dance. The remaining formal dances followed. Now it was time to start the party! Everyone had a blast from beginning to end. There were “Glow Sticks” for everybody.

Elaina had a surprise for her older, unmarried brother with the “Broom/Mop Dance”. Knowing he is bashful and shy, she decided to trick him into dancing with her to “Louis Armstrong – What A Wonderful World”. But wait, with a record scratch between songs, they handed him a mop to dance with to “Black Eyed Peas – My Humps”. He really did an incredible job with his new dance partner.

Their wedding day, complete with ceremony and reception, was coordinated by Ali Tabor.  She did a wonderful job of making sure everything was picture perfect for Elaina & Matthew’s special day!
